Yet another DC guide on the Internet.
Legacy Version (ie, not for Mod 16):
If you are too lazy to click the Google Docs link above… here’s the experience of playing a DC in a nutshell.

People and their reputations were harmed in the writing of this information.
No testing or mathematics is applied.
You should obviously trust the tooltips because they are completely, 100% accurate without failure due to the “skills” of the dev team.
I do not really update the page or visit this site much for a few reasons. I would not expect many, if any answers due to being pretty busy with other stuff.

Aweseomw guide. Does the debuff effect from DG stack with another DC? I see that the buff does not in your one table, but wasn’t sure if the same logic applied to the debuff. Basically trying to confirm there’s no reason for both DC’s to use DG in a 2 DC group. Thanks!
Edit: I found a non geared DC to check it with, and the strongest DG will apply. A Rank 3 DG debuff will be overriden by a Rank 4 DG debuff.
Other than that, there is very little reason for both DCs to be running DG. The only practical reason to both running DG is, in Cradle, if you expect one or more of the DCs to fall off the edge, or if you are a support DO who has nothing better to slot.
In the former situation, the DCs can … learn to dodge. In the latter situation, why not just run DPS DO instead? DPS DO would add more to the team and speed up the run.
A little question… U say a Do is better as a AC but what is with a AC with 75k base Power and exalation? A dc from my guild have near 75k base and use exalation. So Tell me please what is better
In regards to your guild leader, it would be possible for AC to beat DO in a soloDC situation, assuming your team has no OP with Aura Gifts and also assuming your guild leader can keep up Hallowed Ground and AA during all portions of the fight.
Though I am highly skeptical your guild leader could get 75k base Power, as it takes a ton of BiS gear to even break/get near 65k Base Power.
How did your guild leader calculate their base Power? You cannot count Bondings/Legendary bonus/Tenser’s Disk/Cavalry’s Warning/Protector’s Camraderie or Friendship/Aura Gifts/Battle Fervor and or WoL through pet as your base Power.
Hi,i it´s not my Guildleader. It´s a Friend from the Guild. We have every Time a Pala in our Group.
We are Familiar with the Powersharing Mechanik in our Math we have the Boni from Masterwork 3 Armor, Omu ring +4 and +5 with 800/1000 Power Boni and Power from Assasins Covenant. We use the Watermelone Sorbet for Calculate the Power. (Watermelone Sorbet*10)+1500 MW3 Armor+1800 Rings+8000Guild Boni (It´s not in Watermelone Sorbet),+2000 Wolfsclan Helm, +5% Primal Arms. We use the New Mod 14 Stats to Calculate the 75k Power… But in Mod 14 we change the Armor and Shoes …
Now tell me please why is a Do better? in our Math when we have 140.000 Power with Paly in Group WITHOUT a ACDC the Do give us near 65% More Damage it is right? 65% More Damage is 117.000 Power…
When a ACDC in Group with Paly, and the ACDC have 60.000 Power he gives me 200% … 60.000 *200%= 120.000 Power over 65% Damage or not? Please tell me why is a DO better as an ACDC
give me Numbers please than i can understand it.
Thank you.
and have a Nice day.
I derped up above, plain and simple.
Though, in the guide, I never said “DO beats AC all the time”. I specifically wrote that DO DC generally has the edge due to offering a similar DPS increase to that of a well geared AC, but with far less effort to play.
I specifically pointed out in the writing that at about 53,000 Base Power is the approximate breakpoint where the DPS increase of AC would be comparable to DO and any more would be greater. Your math is correct that the DPS Increase of 120,000 extra Power (from a starting point of 140,000) will equal 65% DPS increase, outstripping that of a DO’s 62% from HG+TI. Throw in Exa and the DPS increase of the AC solidly beats that of a DO.
My point in the guide was for the “average” DC, rather than the BiS. For most players (especially for most players following AC guides on this site), they would struggle to get close to 53,000+ Base Power, let alone know how to target people with Exaltation. Which is why I highlighted that, for ease of playing, DO would be the better choice than AC in most situations for Module 13: less things to micromanage and the DC can focus more on keeping up EmpBtS.
Since Module 14 adds more base Power and thus makes it easier to hit the “greater than DO” breakpoint, if I ever update Eventually ™, I’ll probably make the distinction clearer.
thx for the reply ^^ yet i understand what u mean ^^ thank u bro
have a nice day
Really liked, well done
Hi i have a question. Why you don’t take holy fervor in class feature for AC dc build ?
